A new women’s apparel line, MAUBY, is calling for people to empower each other and simply be kind. In the wake of all that is happening in our current climate the launch of MAUBY is exactly what we could use right now.
Created by a Korean American woman, this brand aims to cultivate a community that unites all. At its core, MAUBY empowers others to root themselves in identity. The brand believes in fostering kindness while creating clothes with classic style and comfort.
While developing the line, the Head of Sales & Merchandising, Carol Min was intentional in creating a tight assortment of items that would be relevant to a majority of women looking for comfort & style.
"After my children were born my body changed...a lot. True contemporary brands didn't fit the way they used to and a lot of the missy brands didn't reflect the style I was looking for. I wanted to create a brand that could bridge comfort & style for a vast age group of women." - Carol Min
On August 11, 2020 MAUBY launched pre-orders on its first apparel collection. The collection includes pieces that are perfect for the transitioning weather and WFH or social distancing outings. Some key items include easy knits and sweaters, hand tie dyed french terry pieces, soft printed faux suede sets, garment washed stretch twill pieces, & more to be revealed later in the fall season. With multiple rounds of fittings MAUBY is obsessed with providing the best fit and all bottoms have elasticized waist bands for a more universal fit. Retail ranges from $54-139. MAUBY plans to expand its size range to include petite and plus sizes for the upcoming season!
On MAUBY’s website, you will find a variety of face masks 100% printed cotton face masks. As with most fashion brands, MAUBY pivoted production to create face masks to provide customers in recent months. You can find single, duo or 3 pack options that range from $10-36.
