Please note that it may take longer to receive your order due to COVID-19 and our safety measures in our warehouse and for our team. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the United States and other U.S. territories. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes.

We offer weight based United States Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS Ground and Next Day shipping.

Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. If place before 12PM (PST) orders will go out same day, if placed after they will go out the following business day. Standard orders will be delivered within approximately 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Standard tax-rates and VAT apply. International Shipping rates are calculated by country.
Customer is responsible for duties for international order. Ship times vary by country but range between 5-14 days

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a $5.99 fee for all returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, click here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There is a $5.99 fee for all returns and exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also contact us at to inquire about one.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our MAUBY Face Masks, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
